Stayed here for a few nights and honestly had a good experience. The apartment was comfortable and had enough space to relax instead of feeling like a small hotel room. Everything was clean and the check-in was straightforward.
The pool was definitely a nice bonus, especially with the Phnom Penh heat. We used it a couple of times in the afternoon and it was a good place to cool down and relax.
The area was convenient and getting around with Grab was easy. There are also shops and places to eat nearby.
Overall, not a luxury hotel experience, but for the price, comfort and facilities, I think it was a really good option. Would stay again.

Really enjoyed our stay at this villa. We were looking for somewhere quiet with enough space to relax for a few days, and it was exactly what we needed. The villa is comfortable and has a nice atmosphere, especially compared to staying in a standard hotel room.
Overall, everything was clean, the check-in was easy, and the staff was helpful when we needed something.
A few small details could probably be improved, but like English skills of the staff…

We had a nice stay at this villa in Phnom Penh. The place was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with plenty of room to relax and enjoy our time. The location was convenient while still feeling private and peaceful.
The host was friendly and responsive, making the whole experience smooth from check-in to check-out. We especially appreciated the atmosphere of the villa (and the pool !!!!!), which felt much more personal and relaxing than staying in a regular hotel.
Overall, a great choice for anyone visiting Phnom Penh, whether with friends, family, or as a couple. We would definitely stay here again!
Could be more long !! We wanted to extend.
