La propreté de l’établissement, l’emplacement, la vue sur la mosquée qui nous a été proposée par le personnel

Very clean and good location near the Grand Mosque
Check-in was not seamless. Despite notifying and gotten approval for early check-in for 2-3am; it was not in the hotel’s record when we arrived. I was able to check in around 5am.

Room was brand new, very clean, cosy and quiet. Perfect for a Peacful madinah stay after busy Makkah, the decor was spot on and no need for AC as room was perfectly cool. Lifts were nice and fast and the staff friendly and polite.
Breakfast was a little disappointing as firstly non of the food items were labelled, this of course is an issue if you suffer from any allergies, the variety was okay but ideally could do with something fresh like an omelette station, I would personally do away with the excess of sugary treats and swap them for a humble fresh egg. Other than that Alhamdulillah the service was good and dining area has a nice view of the Haram.
