جميل ويكفي انه وقف الزبير بن العوام رضي الله عنه وارضاه

جميل بالنسبه لخيارات فنادق المدينة المحدوده

بعيد عن الحرم ..مايصلح مشي خصوصا لكبار السن والمرضى ،.ولا يوفرون قولف كار..الامر الثاني /فيه بعض جنسيه تقطن فيه بكثره مسببه غثا

كان مريح و ذلك بالصبر على تقبل كل شيء لأن سفرنا كان بهدف العبادة لا غير.

عندما وصلنا الى الفندق لاستلام الغرفة قالو لي ان الحجز موجود و لكن يجب عليك أن تسدد الفاتورة بالريال السعودي و نقدا مع اني حجزت بكرت فيزا و قلت لهم لا يوجد معي سيولة فرد عليا عبد العزيز قائلا انا اقدر ان افعل شيء. فاضطررت الى ان اذهب الى الصراف و قمت بتحويل الاورو الى الريال. و هنا السؤال لو لم يكن معي سيولة ماذا افعل انا و اهلى علما انني من الجزائر. اظن انهم يفضلون السيولة تهربا من الضرائب لا غير. الغرفة باردة جدا و المكيف لا يعمل الا على درجة حرارة باردة و ليس على الاثنين باردة و ساخنة. عندما دخلنا كنا مرهقين و لم نقدر ان ناخد حمام لأن الحمام بارد جدا و طلبت غرفة مطلة حتى و لو كلف الأمر ان ادفع زيادة فقالو لي لا يوجد . على كل حال عمال الاستقبال ليسو محترفين و اظن انهم صغار لا يملكون الخبرة الازمة في المعاملة.

Pleasant and comfortable

Staff was very pleasant. We were given room upgrade. Bed are comfy and facilities well maintained.

Though hotel is near the haram, it requires you to walk abit about 300m across the courtyard to reach haram gate. Can be tiring if you go to and fro the hotel and masjid for 5 times a day.

Excellent customer service.

Smoking smell from nearby rooms. Hopefully it can be transformed to a completely non smoking facility. There was bad smell in bathroom but that seems according to hotel staff to recent sewage cleaning.

highly recommended, this is my home whenever I will visit Medina.

Ms. Reema is best Guest relationship officer. I have experienced staying in many hotels but her customer service is one of the best. Excellent customer service, and welcoming staff, everyone was very helping. 02 mins walk to enter Haram, their entrance (Haram side), directly open towards Haram.

Very good

I like the room size was big and so much space in the room there were small area for tea and coffee facility with sink. Location was so good just 2 steps away from haram. Staff as good and friendly. This was my second time stayed in the hotel. I ll stay here again in future.

The Location was the only Very good thing

The location is pretty close to Al Masjid an Nabawi

1- The receptionists could have been way more welcoming and helpful. 2- The WiFi connection was just AWFUL throughout the entire stay! It was basically available for a minute and then disconnects for half an hour, and keeps switching like that during the stay in the room and even outside the room. 3- The facilities weren’t working including power outlets, the kettle, and the AC! we had to call the maintenance guys multiple times to come and fix stuff. 4- Value for money isn’t really satisfied in this situation. We are paying that huge amount of money to get good service and facilities in return, but unfortunately it was quite the opposite.

Excellent memorable tour

Staf behavious was excellent specialy on reception Mr Ahmad and Asaaf was brilliant. All staf in resturant including manager Mr Razaul was exceptional.. i realy want to come again here in future..

Only language bariar . Reception staff should be train with english language.

Room size was Good

Staff Behavers was very bad specially Mr. Assf he commited with me breakfast and dinner is included in the room but then he refued and only gave breakfast .

Amazing stay

the hotel is very luxurious and fancy appearance , staff was very friendly room was very exceptional, lightning and design is fabulous.

I have 2 main small concerns first is no availability for late checkout and second is you have to pay insurance amount in cash with check in
