The Location. The staff were really nice. Masud Rama and Johin made the stay more comfortable for us. Thank you. Such amazing people. The front desk ladies are also super nice. Thank you.
I wish the azan could be heard in the hotel. Provision for speakers were made but they are not functioning.

It was Very good time I like both days breakfast I can't choose one specific food all foods are available very good test and very good presentation. In general excellent hotel.

Could not fault the stay, room, service from cleaning staff, location was excellent.
Was accused by staff of over staying by half a day, when in fact I checked out 12 hours before my booking was up, the reception staff were checking out the wrong room number, they then sent me to the manager, after I told him my room number, instead of apologising for their mistake he became very aggressive and started shouting at me, eventually the concierge staff told me to walk away as I was not accepting this kind of behaviour, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, they make a mistake and take the anger out on you instead of the reception staff who made the mistake.
