الموقع حيث البعد مع الكثافه العدديه الموظفين غير متعاونين وقد تم رفع شكوى بخصوص حجزنا وانتظارنا الطويل لدخول الغرف المصاعد زحمه الازعاج في الممرات والفوضى الأكل لا بأس تأخر في طلبات خدمة الغرف

Was a great experience and stay, I highly recommend

The hotel was very close to the masjed, not more than a 100 meter walking distance, also all the supermarkets and food shops are few meters just around the hotel. The staff was super helpful (specially guys in floor 11,) never asked them something and they didn't do it fast and cleaver

Elevators were horrible seriously, sometimes we waited up to 20 minutes to go down to the masjed

I was super impressed with the hotel service and follow up to make sure I was happy every day not to mention the locatio

The bed, linen, towels and furniture was excellent. Super clean and breakfast was very very impressive.

The elevators are a little small but you’ll realise there two sets of elevators so use both.

Great room service. Special kudos to Al Amin from the house keeping team.

Location to the haram

Upon my check in, bathroom was dirty, muggs in rooms were dirty, housekeeping tried hard to rectify Bathrooms very very dirty and not up to standard at all Rooms have poor lights and very dirty, not worth looking under the bed Housekeeping staff try very hard to ensure guest satisfaction unfortunately the rooms still remain very dirty Management at breakfast is totally appauling, no1 to direct you to an available table, staff cleaning the tables look as if though they doing you a favour and juz clean overal surface leaving crumbs behind If you 5 mins late for breakfast, you not allowed in The hotel is premier for its location and accessibiliy to haram

Overall a good experience

The Location was excellent, the room was clean but it was small and there was no window. Felt like in a box. A bit overpriced but considering the ease with the location, it was worth it. the staff was very welcoming and they extended my check out with a smile.

Room Size and the food which was served in the room was just ok.

Хорошее расположение, удобный номер, все чисто, аккуратно, разместили раньше времени, была ошибочная бронь, денег не сняли, за что благодарен отдельно.

Exceptional stay as usual in Al Aqeeq

Only one block from gate 330/329 of Haram. These gates are close to female praying sites and not far from men praying sites. The suite is roomy with superior cleanliness, organization, and furniture. With 3 TVs and super fast free wifi it was very comfortable time for the whole family. Moreover, staff, nevertheless receptionists, were very professional and friendly. Every time I stay in this hotel it keeps the same standards.

Price was a bit high.

Awesome place to stay!

The staff were amazing, every single member of staff we came in contact was exceptionally polite, helpful and courteous. Especially the room boys Joy and Nizam were excellent. The location of the property is amazing, very close to the mosque can make any prayer even if your running late. if you have family with you it’s a very convenient location as it is near the women’s gates in the mosque. The rooms are spacious, modern and impeccably furnished. Food outlets and grocery shops are at your door step. Especially if you are into Pakistani food there is an amazing Pakistani restaurant in the building next door. Fatoum shawarma place is awesome to and is at the door step of the hotel. Taxis are available right outside the hotel 24hrs. Overall a we’ll recommended place to stay in Madinah Shareef.

Good hotel with very helpful staff

Location very close to Haram Friendly staff especially cleaner Joy, always asking if we need anything (nijam and Insan too) Check-in was easy Breakfast was good Facilities were fine We were in two room Suite so it was spacious and comfortable The hotel has 3 sets of elevators Bin dawood is practically opposite to the hotel Room service was great

Room cleaning could improve Buffet breakfast also has areas to improve Light controls in the room were confusing

everything was perfect! location, room, bed, breakfast location was close to women’s entrance too I also got early check in and late checkout without any hassles

The stay was Okay but not comfortable.

Location was excellent and it was very easy to walk towards Haram.

The mattress was very uncomfortable and water was leaking while using Bath. Although I reported the problems on my check in time but it was not resolved.
