Fantastic hotel! A great place to stay with an excellent location and outstanding service. Everything was wonderful, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
I've noticed some of the security guards' behaviour has been rude, especially Arabic speaker.

Location, staff and restaurent, staff at receiption was nice
I suggest to renovate doors and doors access cards only, replace old style inset type keys with new touch smart keys…

The proximity to the mosque, the friendly security staff and reception staff and the minimal queues for the lifts
Rooms were not cleaned only when we requested even though the ‘clean my room’ sign was highlighted they cleaned in between days. Construction work outside our hotel which we had not been made aware off and the work was happening during the night aswell as during the day so sleep was very disrupted.
