Our stay was amazing, we stayed in a 3 bedroom apartment, 6 family members. however one down fall was we had to ask for more drinking water and coffee daily, as I was travelling with children and elderly mother we needed adequate water provided daily without having to ask. Staff are amazing professional, helpful and knowledgeable. At checkout meet with Fowsiya and her manager and we shared that we will be returning in six months time in sha Allah.

Nice location
Too costly. No breakfast. Haram view obstructed with grating. Not very responsive guest service. Hot water not working in some bathrooms. Air conditioning issues.
