Set on 1.2 acres with 176 feet of lakefront and 225 feet of creekfront, this spacious 5-bedroom, 4-bath home offers more than 4,000 square feet of living space and an incredible setting for families and friends.

Lake Miltona is the largest lake in Douglas County, spanning more than 5,700 acres and known for its clear water, beautiful shoreline, and premier fishing.

While summer brings swimming and boating, fall and winter bring an entirely different kind of magic to Creekside Cove.

In the fall, enjoy brilliant colors along the lake, crisp mornings, peaceful walks, scenic drives, nearby golf, and afternoons exploring Alexandria's wineries, breweries, shops, and restaurants. Come back to the house, gather around the fire pit, and enjoy the changing colors from the lakefront.

In winter, Creekside Cove becomes a cozy home base for ice fishing, snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, winter hiking, and other outdoor adventures throughout the Alexandria area. After a day outside, warm up in the spacious great room, play games with the family, relax with a movie, or simply enjoy the peaceful winter views over Lake Miltona.

Please read the following carefully before requesting to book.

AGE REQUIREMENT: All guests must be 25+, with the exception of children staying with their parents.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: Maximum occupancy is 10 guests, not including children under 5 years old. We are not licensed by the county for more. We reserve the right to cancel the reservation with no refund if this rule is not followed.
NO SMOKING OR VAPING: Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the home. If smoking or vaping occurs inside the property, a $300 deep-cleaning and odor-remediation fee will be charged. Additional costs may apply if extensive cleaning and odor treatment is needed.
NO PETS: Pets are not permitted. Unauthorized pets may result in a $300 additional cleaning fee and responsibility for any resulting damage.
CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT: Check-in is at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 10:00 a.m.
WATER & PROPERTY SAFETY: This property has a large amount of waterfront. Please supervise children at all times. The water around the dock is shallow. Please do not jump or dive from the dock, as serious injury may occur. The dock is not guaranteed to be available after October 7.
GARAGE & OWNER'S STORAGE: Guests have access to the attached garage during their stay. The detached 3-car garage is reserved for owner use and is not available to guests. The pantry, utility closet, and upstairs bathroom storage cabinet contain owner storage and are not accessible to guests.
CHECK-IN & DOOR CODE: The side door is equipped with an electronic keypad. Your personalized door code will be provided by 9 a.m. on the day of check-in.
SECURITY CAMERAS ON PROPERTY: For the safety and security of guests and property, we have installed exterior security cameras. These cameras are located at the front and backyard, as well as a doorbell camera, and are positioned to monitor entrances and general outdoor areas. There are no cameras located inside the home.
