On the most beautiful street in Lake Worth Beach: a 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home with roomy public rooms and sleeping arrangements.
You’ve seen our rave reviews for the rear courtyard cottage: now available is the larger front house (this listing).
The downstairs bathroom has a tub. The upstairs bathroom in the upstairs bedroom has a shower.
Share the 30’ foot swimming pool with the rear cottage. The rear cottage has a separate entrance.
Other amenities include a 2 person sauna, a ping pong table, shared lanai patio, gas BBQ, and a half bath (shared with the courtyard cottage).
The house has: a roomy foyer, a library, a living room, a dining room with an elliptical trainer on one side, a fully equipped kitchen, plus 3 bedrooms (one with two rooms) , and two full bathrooms. The 3 bedrooms have each a different sized a queen (upstairs), and downstairs a king and full sized bedroom. Each has a TV.
A dog may be permitted with prior approval.
Please note there are steps (3) to access the downstairs bedrooms . And some other small steps in the house, A security camera overlooks the driveway.
