Beautiful waterfront condo with water view from the balcony, bedrooms and living room in one of the most scenic beautiful locations in Beaufort, NC. With your accommodations at Olde Towne Yacht Club, you are steps away from private entrance to pool, hot tub, Radio Island beach, and the boat marina! Enjoy the sunrise and ocean views of downtown Beaufort and Carrot Island while sipping your morning coffee on the balcony.
A 58 feet slip is available for rent separately through the marina.
The property is family oriented, kid friendly and quiet. We are located in Radio Island Beach, a couple of minutes drive to downtown Beaufort and Morehead City, Atlantic Beach.
We ask that the booking guest be at least 25 years old. No pets allowed. No parties and no more than 8 guests are allowed.
Beach cart, umbrellas, towels, chairs, water toys and fishing rods for adults and children are available in the condo for your enjoyment and private access to Radio Island Beach and marina.
Barbeque grill utensils and trays are ready for you to grill your catch of the day on the beautiful outdoor grill and barbeque area under the palm trees with views of the ocean, Carrot Island and downtown Beaufort.
During Big Rock Tournament every June, watch the competition boats make their way in and out of the channel and downtown Beaufort.
Beach access via private entrance. Great fishing off the dock and Radio Island beach. Barbeque Pool, clubhouse and gym via private access.
