• Check-in: after 3:00 pm; Check-out: by 10:00 am
• Quiet hours: 10:00 pm – 7:00 am
• Additional guests must be approved in advance
• Please dispose of rubbish appropriately


Additional Rules & Penalties

• No Smoking — Any evidence of smoking will incur a $500 AUD penalty.
• No Pets — Pets are not permitted under strata rules. Violations will result in a penalty charge.
• No Parties — Guests are welcome to have visitors, but loud gatherings are strictly prohibited. Penalties apply for noise complaints, damage, or excessive mess.
• Self Check-In — Instructions will be sent one day before your arrival. Read them carefully and reach out if you need any help.
• Lost Keys/Access Devices — Keys and access cards are your responsibility from check-in. Replacement cost is $300 per set. Lockout attendance fee is $100 (alternatively, you may contact a local locksmith).
Damages — The security deposit covers any damage or loss caused during your stay.
