Please note that guests of this home do not have access to the Encore Resort community pool, water park, or fitness center. Guests are welcome to enjoy the community’s tennis courts, basketball courts, playgrounds, open fields, grills, and lawn areas when they are unlocked and available. The clubhouse is also open to guests and features a restaurant, bar, coffee shop, and arcade.

• Extra supplies may be available upon request, but are not guaranteed. Grocery and convenience stores are located nearby for anything additional you may need.

• Please note that normal wear, minor imperfections, or pre-existing cosmetic marks may be present throughout the home due to regular use. We maintain high cleaning standards and ensure the property is fully cleaned and prepared before each stay.

Disney parks are around 15–20 minutes away, with plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and family-friendly entertainment just a short drive from the home. Disney Springs, Old Town Kissimmee, SeaWorld, and Universal Orlando are also within easy reach.



Getting Around:

Getting around is easy by car, with Disney, restaurants, shopping, and everyday essentials just a short drive away. Uber and Lyft are also convenient options for exploring the Kissimmee and Orlando area.

🐜 Pest Note: We treat the property regularly, but due to Florida’s climate, occasional pests may still appear. No refunds will be issued for pest sightings, though we’re always happy to address any concerns.

As such, refunds, discounts, or compensation cannot be provided for any inconvenience resulting from these circumstances.

Towels are provided for approximately the first 2–3 days of your stay—please use the in-unit washer and dryer (if available) to refresh them. If your unit does not include laundry, on-site facilities may be available (fees may apply). For stays of 5 nights or longer, you may request replacement towels, subject to availability.

📦 Items Left Behind: If personal items are left behind and you request their return, a $35 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs will apply. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to items after departure.
