Welcome to Palm Beach Resort A35, a spacious Gulf-front 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom condo offering 1,208 sq. ft. of comfort and sleeping up to 6 guests. With beautiful Gulf views, direct beach access, and resort-style amenities, it's the perfect setting for a relaxing Orange Beach getaway.
The bright living area opens onto a private Gulf-front balcony, accessible from both the living room and primary bedroom. Start your morning with coffee overlooking the emerald waters or unwind in the evening while enjoying the coastal breeze. Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living and dining spaces perfect for relaxing together.
The primary suite features balcony access, beautiful beach views, and a private ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom is also ensuite, while a half bathroom in the living area adds extra convenience. A sleeper sofa provides additional accommodations, and flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi, and an in-unit washer and dryer make your stay even more comfortable.
Palm Beach Resort offers a beachfront outdoor pool, fitness center, grilling area, and private boardwalk with direct beach access. • RENTAL AGREEMENT & IDENTITY VERIFICATION: All reservations are required to provide a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a selfie for identity verification, and a signed rental agreement.
• AGE REQUIREMENT: Renter must be 25+ and stay for the entire reservation.
• NO SMOKING | NO PETS: Strictly enforced.
• SUPPLIES PROVIDED: We provide a starter kit that includes one round of bath soaps and toilet paper in each bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with one round of paper towels, laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. Please bring additional supplies for the remainder of your stay.

The condo was clean and well-decorated with a great view of the pool and ocean. We loved the location and its proximity to shopping/restaurants. We love the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area and will definitely be back. Mark was amazing to work with and promptly answered any questions that bs we had!

Great well equipped unit. Views are fantastic. Mornings spent on porch with comfortable furnishings enjoying the view were the highlight! We will be return renters for sure!
