The private pool and attached spa are reserved exclusively for your group. The game room is accessible from inside the home, and the converted garage is not available for vehicle parking.



Registered guests also receive access to Windsor Island Resort amenities, including the resort-style pool, lazy river, dual water slides, children’s splash pad, fitness center, arcade, playground, miniature golf, sports courts, and onsite dining. Community amenities are managed by the HOA, and availability and operating hours may change.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home and complimentary access to community amenities.



The Neighborhood:

Located within the gated Windsor Island Resort, this home offers a family-friendly setting near Walt Disney World and Central Florida’s leading attractions. The community features a 24-hour staffed entrance and resort-style amenities available to registered guests.



The Aloha Clubhouse and recreation area include a resort pool, lazy river, dual water slides, children’s splash pad, community spa, fitness center, arcade, playground, miniature golf, basketball and multi-use sports courts, sand volleyball, soccer field, firepit, hammock garden, and event lawn. Guests can also enjoy onsite dining at the Blue Marlin Grille and Louie’s Snack Shack. Private cabanas may be reserved separately for an additional fee.



Just outside the resort, guests will find supermarkets, restaurants, shops, golf courses, and everyday conveniences along the US Highway 27 corridor. The community is approximately nine miles from the Walt Disney World area, with convenient driving access to Disney Springs, SeaWorld Orlando, Universal Orlando Resort, and other Central Florida destinations.



Getting Around:

A personal or rental vehicle is recommended for visiting the theme parks, restaurants, shopping areas, and other Central Florida attractions. Windsor Island Resort offers convenient driving access to US Highway 27, US Highway 192, and Interstate 4.



The community has a 24-hour staffed entrance. All guests age 18 or older must present a physical, valid photo ID upon arrival, and every driver must be registered with the resort in advance.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool heating (and/or hot tub heat) to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool.



The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash off the screen and into the pool, which may cause it appear slightly discolored.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Kindly keep in mind that late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. We appreciate your understanding!

We conveniently offer self check-in and check-out. Though we are not available in person, we are happy to answer any questions and help accommodate to the best of our ability!
