By following these guidelines, you’ll help us maintain a welcoming environment for all guests and avoid any potential violation fees.

1. No Smoking
Smoking or vaping is not permitted anywhere on the property, including inside the home, car port, or near entrances and windows.

2. No Parties or Unauthorized Events
Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted without prior written approval. Pre-approved events may be subject to an event fee of $250–$500 to cover additional guests, cleaning, and wear on the home.

3. No Outside Shoes Indoors
Please remove outdoor shoes before entering the home to help keep the floors clean and in excellent condition.

4. Registered Guests Only
Only guests included on the reservation are permitted on the property unless approved by the host in advance.

5. No Pets
Pets are not permitted anywhere on the property. Bringing an unauthorized pet may result in additional cleaning fees and cancellation of the reservation.

6. Do Not Move Furniture
Please do not move any furniture during your stay. Moving furniture can cause damage to floors, walls, and the furniture itself. Our cleaning team is also unable to move furniture back into place, so we ask that everything remain where it is.

7. Towels
Bath towels provided are for indoor use only and are not to be used as beach towels, for outdoor activities, or to clean up spills.
