Newly refurbished - An area of 800 sq.m surrounds the very beautiful villa, a short walk from Agios Nikitas village with absolute privacy. The land is dotted with big trees and plants so you can enjoy your lunch or breakfast in the open space, with shade or sunshine. On the back yard, under the trees, there is your private swimming pool with sunbeds and chairs which offers you total relaxation and privacy. Just one minute walk you can find the very beautiful beach of Ag. Nikitas with mini markets and a splendid selections of tavernas and bars. A further five minutes drive to the north or south will take you to some much larger beaches where the sea and the swimming is superb. Prices include maid service, change of bed linen and towels. A charming traditional villa with beach, restaurants and shops just a minute walk away. Lovely small pool which is perfect for kids splashing around and sunbathing in privacy. The house is well appointed with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The hosts were really helpful and flexible. Highly recommended!

The property is very well placed for access into the village with bars, restaurants and the beach close by.
It is very shady with many surrounding mature trees which limit any views and keep the villa dark but cool, which was a mixed blessing, the first few days it felt too chilly then the temperatures got much hotter and it was pleasantly cool indoors. Sitting in the sun was difficult anywhere on the property including around the very small pool so we would not return as we like to sit in the sun by a pool. The pool is high up behind the villa up many steps so not close to the kitchen to get drinks etc.

The property is very close to the centre of the village and a short walk takes you to a street which houses a large number of restaurants and bars which hopefully will appeal to all tastes and budgets.

There are two accesses to the property. Parking is on the main road close to the villa.

Eva was very helpful on arrival and departure and Jimmy was always on hand for help if needed.
The pool was just right for us - deep enough for the kids to jump in, warm enough to spend time in.
Agios Nikitas beach is quite small and crowded, but the sea is warm and clear. We preferred Milos, but you need to get a boat taxi (3 euros each way) or a 15-20 min hike up and down the hill - well worth the effort.
Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful week away in the sun, with access to plenty of good places to eat and drink.

Beautiful house in village setting
We had a wonderful 10 days at Cassa Piccola. The photos are exactly what you get. The house was immaculate with everything you could need, the kitchen was well equipped, and it has 3 shower rooms.
The back garden with bbq was very peaceful and lying by the pool was very private, you wouldn’t know you were so close to the village of Agios Nikitas.
A 2 minute walk and you have everything you could want, 2 supermarkets, plenty of restaurants and a couple of boutiques all on a beautifully maintained cobbled street, of which a small sandy beach is at the end. We really enjoyed watching the sun go down at Captains Corner, literally on the beach, idillc.
Simone who manages the villa, could not do enough, bbq ran out of gas and jimmy who maintains the pool and garden had a new bottle with us in 10 minutes of us calling, fantastic service.
The house was cleaned and beds changed twice during our 10 day stay. Simone recommended some lovely restaurants, one being Rachi restaurant in Exantheia In the mountains a 20 minute drive away. The views were incredible, a real wow factor, sitting on a deck, over looking the coast, wonderful food and service.
From here we watched people taking off paragliding, it looked so fantastic that we had a go, a must for those daring enough.
We used paragliding Lefkada, Akis who does it was very professional and put us at ease.
We would definitely recommend staying here, good for couples and families, everything there on the doorstep in a small, non touristy, very traditional village.

Cozy modern retreat!
What a lovely place to stay. perfect for my family of 4. A big selling point for me is that this place has en-suite bathrooms. which meant my children werent taking over my bathroom the whole holiday. Plus an additional bathroom downstairs. perfect for diving out the pool straight into! Very modern inside. lovely private garden and pool. in the heart of the village, but it was far enough away to keep in private. I would completely recommend this place!

Every moment of our stay was perfect
This was our second visit to 'Casa Picola' and we've enjoyed every second of it. . Our perfect holiday was over too fast again! But we are already looking forward to our next visit. Relaxing and peaceful
My husband and I spent a lovely 2 weeks at Casa Piccola. We were met (after a flight delay and getting lost on the way to Agios Nikitas as it was 11.0'clock in the evening) close to the villa entrance by Simone and Jimmy. Jimmy removed our luggage from the car and took them to Casa Piccola. Simone was so lovely to deal with, very helpful and accommodating and dealt with a couple of problems straight away. Thankyou Simone. Jimmy kept the pool extremely clean. The showers in Casa Piccola were fantastic, the barbeque was brilliant and the garden was so peaceful. Helena and the rest of the cleaners kept the villa sparkling clean. Agios Nikitas is a lovely place, the people are very friendly. Agios Nikitas beach was delightful, very clean and the sea is warm. I thought it was one of the best beaches I have visited. There are plenty of eating places to try also, although quite a few nights we would use the barbeque and eat our meal in the tranquil garden of the villa. We had a late flight home and Simone agreed we could have a late check out from the villa which was brilliant as it meant we could spend the day there before departing for the airport. All in all, I would recommend Casa Piccola, Agios Nikitas and the lovely staff we met, Simone, Jimmy and Helena. Thankyou Brenda and Wilf Howard

Had the most relaxing week at this gorgeous Villa. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel so welcome by Samone and her team. The Villa and pool are very well maintained. The village and beech is stunning. The food in the restaurants is great too. The walk over the hill to Milos beech is breathtaking. Although it’s quite a steep climb the views when you get to the top are amazing, you must take everything you need for the day as there is absolutely nothing but sea & sand the other side. Thank you to Samone and staff for making our stay was so effortless although only stayed a week it felt like two. We will definitely be booking again!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus in guter Lage
Top Ferienhaus, gute Lage zentral in Agios Nikitas, 3 Minuten zu Fuß zum nächsten Strand, dennoch schön ruhig und dank vieler Bäume auf dem Grundstück kühl und schattig, für heiße Sommer sicher günstig, im Mai noch egal. Klimaanlagen sind vorhanden und funktionieren gut. Die Betreuung vor Ort durch Simone war Spitze. Es war alles so, wie beschrieben, sehr sauber und ordentlich, es hat nichts gefehlt. 3 Bäder sind fast Luxus. Wir erwägen konkret, schon im nächsten Jahr wiederzukommen, gerade dieser Standort an der Westküste mit den schönen Stränden hat uns gut gefallen.

The villa is located in the most perfect location to visit all of the gorgeous beaches and towns around the island. being just on
the outskirts of Agios Nikitas, You can stroll into the village anytime for a snack or lovely dinner, and also
straight to the beach. The property is set in a lovely lush green garden, with ample space, private pool, outdoor shower, gas bbq
you name it. The house is newly refurbished, with refined finishings, large bright, crisp, clean rooms. Both bedrooms being ensuite,
and a further washroom downstairs. perfect for the family, as there was no bathroom arguements!The hosts are eager to make all
guests feel happy and welcome, going out their way to make sure you have a great stay. Perfect in every way!

Grand place to stay. The natives were friendly. It felt like a home from home. I was rite impressed with size and facilities. It were a easy walk to the beach. Having suffered a leg injury in the past. Made it perfect. All in all the place was rite proper! Good comparison to my Cumbria home

A fabulous find!
This villa is hidden away just on the outskirts of Agios Nikitas village. in its own beautiful garden,
with agreat balance of almond and lemon trees for shade in the heat. You own priavte garden and swimming pool,
just a stones throw away from the heart of the village. Take the cobble back street at the bottom of your garden and
this will lead you a quaint fishing village and the beach front. Tavernas for tasty food, a wonderful cocktail bar,
beautiful blue waters. Also a boat that will take you around to the flawless Milos beach. Also a great base for exploring
the rest of the island. so many hidden beaches to explore and places to go. You can even take a boat trip over to the next island.
The villa itself was a home from home. everything you could need inside, newly refurbished, lovely wooden beams and floors,
and surprisingly cool in the heat of the summmer. Though there air-con is great if it gets too much! a definite recommendation
from our family.

Top class service and destination
Top class service and destination.... I have been to Greece many times before and vacationed in many places. When a friend
recommended i try Lefkada, which i had never heard of i was intrigued, and also recommended i try Milos Bay villas i couldnt
say no after hearing there rave reviews about the place. Me and my wife stayed in the smaller 2 bed traditional villa called,
"Casa Picola" just on the outside of Agios Nikitas village.which was perfect for us. This is one of those places that looks like the brochure. No hidden catches. our own private pool,
and easy access to Agios Nikitas village along a jitty through the back street. Maybe a 40 second walk. it is very deceiving, you feel very far
away from the village, but just a short walk and you are on the main pedestrian street, beach and tavernas, Agios Nikitas has lots of character.
and a lovely little beach. you can also walk over the hill or catch a little boat to Milos beach which is just to die for!
The villa design is perfect, in the heat of the sun was lovely, plus air-con in every room was a bonus. Lovely traditional interior with wooden beams
Very clean, and nothing was too much. the people were lovely. The owner and English woman, Jimmy the pool guy and also
the cleaner. nothing is too much and they do a very good job of leaving you to your holiday!!! The food on the island is amazing
the fresh fish was outstanding. Some good recommendations of where to go! Bliss... both me and the wife can not wait to go back.

Perfect location, spacious and private. 5 star!!!
Me and my husband stayed in this wonderful retreat for 14 nights. The place is even more beautiful in reality. The view and pool
are splendid, the furniture is quaint and newly refurbished, the garden offers intimacy and plenty of privacy away from the busy village of Agios Nikitas. The villa had 2 spacious bedrooms which were en-suite, and a further bathroom downstairs. The set up and layout of this villa is perfect and so big. Tasos provided a great service to us.
answering any questions beforehand. The staff were friendly and also helpful. and the maid service was good quality. fresh
linen and towels both weeks which was great. i dont have a bad word to say about the place. Having your own access to the village
is wonderful, 2 minutes and your at the heart of the village. many great meals were had there and splendid evenings

Absolutley Superb!
I dont normally post reviews but feel compelled to do so about Casa Picola and the Milos Bay Villa's team. Although a regular visitor to Agios Nikitas, we had previously used James Villa's and decided to try one of the local independent villa providers this year..
Firstly Tasos and the team had arranged the taxi from Preveza Airport which was absolutely seamless as we arrived and and removed the hassle of previous years (In my opinion, don't drive unless you need to as you can never park)
We were met by Simone and Jimmy at the end of the journey who grabbed all the bags and took us down to the villa which is absolutly beautiful. The house is nestled in the trees and has spent the last couple of years being renovated to an exceptionally high standard... The tree's provide a wonderful balance of shade and sun which is very hard to find in Agios Nikitas.
Downstairs there is a beautiful open plan living area with the benefit of a downstairs shower room, dishwasher, super efficient AC and very importantly for families, good quality wifi..
Upstairs the villa gets even better with two luxurious bedrooms, both with fantastic sized en-suits (outstanding showers) and balconies.
We had not paid any extra for a 'welcome pack' but received all the essentials on arrival after a long journey being snacks for the kids and yes, beers and wine in the fridge!
The property has a wonderful pool at the back and peaceful garden at the front, both of which has every amenitie you could possibly ask for including an outside shower.
Although only a couple of minutes walk to the beach and the main street the villa is in a very quiet part of the village yet provides very easy access to the mini markets and lovely restaurants.
Both Tasos (the owner) and Simone popped round during the week to make sure everything was perfect for us and Jimmy was cleaning the pool almost daily! The property was cleaned mid week with all linen and towels changed.
It goes without saying that we have already booked for 2018 and thank Tasos, Simone, Jimmy and Olga for a wonderful, hassle free holiday. I only wish every holiday could be this easy.

Superb Villa in Great Location
We travelled as a family with a teenage son. This is a recently modernised, very clean and spacious accommodation. There is a lovely swimming pool which was regularly cleaned throughout out stay. The outside garden spaces are really pretty and shade is provided by trees, which is very welcome on very hot days. There are lemon and almond trees in the garden and we ate meals outside throughout our stay. We didn't use the barbecue but it's there if you wanted to use it. We didn't hire a car and didn't need to as the local area has lots of shops, well stocked mini markets and loads of tavernas. There is a small shingle beach very nearby too, although this got quite busy as it was peak holiday time.Our favourite taverna was Lefteris, try a large fresh fish to share or the slouvaki, both are gorgeous and the owners and staff are really friendly. Simone and Tasos are lovely people. Simone dealt with all our queries super efficiently and Tasos has juice water wine beer and a few nibbles to eat for new arrivals, which we were grateful for as we arrived late. The cleaners came with a bottle of wine for us when they did the mid week clean which was a lovely surprise. Without a doubt we wil book this villa again. Recommend you take a trip to Nidri for a huge beach and lots of attaractions and also led Lefkada town which has a great marina and shops etc. Can't wait to return.

Peaceful hideaway
This villa is absolutely divine. Peaceful paradise on the edge of the village. the private garden and pool are a saving grace in the high season. It only takes a few minutes to walk into Agios Nikitas village from the bottom of your garden. The villa itself is newly refurbished. equipped with new furnishing and appliances. and is traditional wood with a modern twist throughout. both bedrooms have bathrooms and a lovely balcony that you can relax on at night. We were surprised how lovely and cool the villa was inside and the balance of shade from the trees outside is perfect. We visited when there was a heatwave and this place was perfect. There are some great places to eat in the village and supermarkets for all your essentials. All in all we had a splendid time and are thoroughly enjoyed our stay! 10 out of 10 for this cosy , luxurious villa. Highly recommended and we will be back next year!

Comfort and style in this great little resort
The house has been recently renovated very thoroughly and to a high standard. Everything seems to have been well thought through,there are touches of luxury everywhere, while overall the house keeps its relaxed and comfortable atmosphere. A very easy and charming place to send a week! Two decent sized bedrooms, both with excellent en-suites and good-sized balconies, open plan kitchen/diner/sitting room, cool and spacious. Effective and almost silent air conditioning throughout. Outside a plunge pool with loungers, tables and chairs at the back, verandah, garden, dining table and BBQ at the front. A couple of minutes walk into the village for shops, good tavernas, bars and beach.
