Welcome to your spacious Los Angeles getaway! This stunning 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom home offers approximately 3,000 sq. ft. of space, an inviting outdoor area with a private pool, and an attached garage.
Designed for families, groups, and longer stays, the home combines plenty of space with beautiful indoor and outdoor areas where you can relax, entertain, and enjoy the Southern California lifestyle.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The property is equipped with a Minut noise monitoring device. Any violation of the quiet hours policy may result in a $200 penalty.

Just a friendly reminder that check-out time must be strictly followed. If the check-out time is not respected, we will need to apply an additional charge of $100, unless the host has agreed otherwise or there is a prior agreement approving a late check-out, as we are required to compensate cleaners for their time and ensure the property is prepared for the next guest.
