Welcome to Casa Doolittle!
Our family has enjoyed La Ventana del Mar and San Felipe since 2005, and we are excited to share our newly renovated Baja home with guests looking for sunshine, space, golf, beach time, and an easy place to relax together.
Casa Doolittle is a spacious 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath townhome with four queen beds, two living areas, a dramatic two-story main living space, an equipped kitchen, golf-course views, a community pool just steps from the door, and beach access within a 10-minute walk.
The home has recently been fully re-piped, repainted, redesigned, and thoughtfully restocked. Updates include refreshed furnishings and linens, upgraded Wi-Fi, secure keyless entry, and improved household essentials throughout the home.
We provide a complimentary starter supply of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap, and basic kitchen and cleaning supplies. Guests staying several nights may need to purchase additional quantities.
The home comfortably sleeps 8 in four queen beds. Community rules allow a maximum of 6 guests age 17 or older. Families with children are welcome.
Please review these important community requirements before booking:
• El Dorado Ranch charges a separate $35 USD resort fee per stay, not per person. It is paid by our guests directly to the HOA in cash upon arrival and covers wristbands and vehicle access.
• Names of all guests age 17 or older must be provided before arrival for HOA registration.
• Standard check-in is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Arrivals after 8:00 PM require advance approval and cannot be guaranteed because of HOA and security procedures.
• Early check-in and late check-out are available only by prior arrangement and may require an additional charge.
• ATVs, UTVs, Razors, quads, dirt bikes, and other off-road vehicles are not permitted inside La Ventana del Mar.
• Pets are not permitted.
• BBQs are not allowed at the condo, including patios, balconies, and walkways. Community BBQ stations are available near the beach entrance.
Casa Doolittle is a privately owned and cared-for vacation home within a gated Baja community. Guests who value space, pool access, golf views, beach walks, and a relaxed San Felipe experience will feel right at home.
