Guest Access:

Guests will enjoy easy, contactless self check-in at Osprey Cove. A unique access code for the front door will be provided approximately 30 minutes prior to your scheduled arrival time, so you can arrive, settle in, and start enjoying your vacation right away.



Parking is conveniently available directly in front of the townhouse, making unloading luggage, groceries, and beach gear quick and easy.

We want every guest to have a comfortable, relaxing stay at Osprey Cove. Please keep the following in mind when booking:



* No smoking or vaping inside the townhouse.

* No pets are permitted.

* No parties or events.

* Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a reasonable level, especially during evening hours.

* The home accommodates a maximum of 10 guests. Only registered guests should stay overnight.

* A starter supply of household essentials is provided, including basic paper products and other necessities. Depending on the length of your stay and the size of your group, we recommend bringing or purchasing additional supplies.

*Linens, bath towels, and beach towels are provided for your stay.

* Please use the provided beach towels for trips to the beach rather than bath linens.

* Guests are responsible for supervising children and using the home, patio, grill, and other amenities safely.

* Please treat Osprey Cove with the same care you would your own home.
