- Please keep in mind that this is a small cozy beach home with smaller bedrooms and a compact kitchen. The trade-off is the incredible oceanfront location and easy beach access!
- This unit is on the second level and requires stairs to access.
- After booking, we'll send a short rental agreement to review and sign so everyone has the same information about the home, house rules, and safety guidelines.

Beach Setup: Your stay includes an umbrella and two lounge chairs with a drink holder, set up daily from approximately 9:30 AM–7 PM through the fall, weather permitting. Setup may be canceled when conditions are too windy for safety.
