Located in prestigious Montecito, adjacent to Santa Barbara, this 4-bedroom, 4-bath home offers an ideal blend of comfort, privacy, and convenience. Miramar Beach is about 1 mile away, while the Rosewood Miramar, Coast Village Road, dining, shopping, and coastal attractions are all just minutes from the home.
I, your host, live on-site in a completely separate and fenced off guest house. Guests have private use of the rental home, front and rear yards, breezeway, patios, and all listed amenities; the driveway is the only shared area. I fully respect your privacy, but I am close by should you need any assistance during your stay. Guests have private access to the entire 4-bedroom retreat, its patios, yards, and listed amenities. The driveway is the only shared area.
Upon arrival, guests will find ample parking and an inviting, lushly landscaped gravel courtyard—an ideal setting for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The large grassy backyard offers plenty of room to relax and play, with two covered patios, outdoor seating, a BBQ, a firepit, and cornhole. A stationary bike is also available on the covered rear patio overlooking the yard.
Inside, the home features a spacious living room with a mounted 75-inch smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen, ceiling fans throughout, and central air conditioning and heating—a welcome comfort in Montecito throughout the year. For family fun, enjoy the dedicated game area with PAC-MAN and NBA Slam arcade games, along with a foosball table.
The primary living area is all on one level, making the home comfortable and easy to navigate. Select toilets and showers are equipped with safety grab bars for guests who may appreciate additional support. Every bedroom includes its own en suite bathroom and smart TV, giving families, couples, and groups the privacy of their own personal space.
Just a couple of steps down from the laundry room is a private apartment-style area that contains one of the home’s four bedrooms and bathrooms.
