RESORT ALERT: Please be advised that the resort is undergoing enhancements to the Activities Center as well as villa refurbishment in select buildings. • To check in at the resort, host must provide the resort with one primary check-in guest for the reservation. Only one guest can be added to the reservation.

• The resort will verify the primary guest’s identity and age at check-in with a valid government-issued ID.

Changing the Primary Check-In Guest
• If the primary check-in guest needs to be changed after the reservation is made, we need at least 48 hours’ notice before check-in to submit a change request to the resort. All changes are subject to resort approval.

• Host cannot change the primary check-in guest on the day of check-in. The resort only allows the guest listed on the reservation to check in, and same-day changes are not permitted.
