About this house rental
Get away from it all at this quite North Port, Florida home located minutes to many of the areas warm mineral springs. Take a step inside this fully air-conditioned home, which features a large open living area. The living room is furnished with plush sofa set and flat screen TV. Adjacent to the living room is the dining area, which opens out to the screened in patio, great for the cooler nights. The kitchen is equipped with newer 4-piece appliance set among other small kitchen appliances and cooking tools. Behind the kitchen is a graciously sized laundry room with full-size washer and dryer available for your use. Moving back to the other side of the home you will find two bedrooms furnished with queen-size beds and two bathrooms. Bring your boat; there are a few boat ramps near by to drop your boat and travel down the Mayaka River to Gasparilla Sound and Charlotte Harbor.
MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS: One week minimum reservation Saturday to Saturday required during peak season and summer months. 5 night minimum reservation required during all other periods unless booking 30 days or less in advance, 3 night minimum may be accepted.

Wonderful home that is up to date and very comfortable. Owner reached out to us before and after the hurricane. Very thoughtful as they were more concerned about us than their home. The neighbors are friendly and the neighborhood is safe. We would stay here again with no worries whatsoever. Management is responsive to requests.

We spent 5 weeks here. The house is comfortable and well set up. The lanai is a great place to sit and read. Only a 20 minute drive to Manasota Key Beach, my favorite one. The Warm Mineral springs just up the street is also nice. The only negative is that property management was not as good at communicating as I would have liked. The street can be a bit noisy in the evening from loud cars.

The house was satisfactory, but communication with the property manager was nonexistent. There was no grill as advertised. The yard was never mowed (we were there 4 weeks). In fact, we came home one day to find a code compliance notification hanging on the door.
