The Space:
Welcome to Sugar Tree Roost Condo C — a cozy mountain retreat designed to comfortably sleep up to 4 guests. This hotel-style condo features two full-sized beds, along with a comfortable living area complete with a couch, Smart TV, and kitchenette equipped with a toaster oven, mini fridge, and microwave, for easy meals and relaxing evenings in.
The condo includes a private bathroom with a shower/tub combination and a private balcony perfect for gear storage or taking in the stunning mountain views that surround the area.
For added flexibility and privacy, the couch also pulls out into a full-sized bed, and French doors separate the sleeping and living spaces.
Please note: while we rent this property as a multi-level unit, this specific listing is for the top level only. Guests will enjoy a private entrance located on the building’s fourth floor with convenient elevator access — no stairs necessary!
The condo also includes one onsite parking space directly outside the covered garage, making it easy to unload your gear and head upstairs with ease.
Nestled just steps from Sugarloaf’s Sports & Fitness Center and the Snubber Chairlift during the winter months, Sugar Tree Roost offers an unbeatable location for both adventure and relaxation.

We ask that you leave the home as you found it, dishes should be washed and put away, furniture all in its place, check out instructions followed the morning of your departure, etc.
No smoking or vaping (of any kind) in the Condo.
We do not allow pets at this property. If this rule is broken there will be a $100 fee.
We kindly ask you remove trash & returnables from the home the day of your departure and place in designated barrels (refer to house manual.)
We understand accidents happen, if anything is broken during your stay, please notify your Host/Co-Host.
No large gatherings or events without owner's written permission. Limit number of guests to those that have been accounted for in the rental.
