About this house rental
We are experienced Super Hosts that recently built this home in a quiet, secluded area of Asheville. We look forward to hosting you at our home! Please know that we are a Smoke-free and pet-free home. We also do not allow gatherings of over 10 people without our permission.
In order to avoid disrespectful guests, we only accept guests that have 5 star reviews from past hosts. If you are new to VRBO, please share with us what brings you to town and we may consider hosting you...
BRAND NEW HOME RECENTLY BUILT with all new furnishings, linens, appliances, etc. You will enjoy our peaceful setting tucked away in the woods.
We are close enough to everything our beautiful city has to offer, yet tucked away in the woods to escape the city.
You will love the updated spaces and all the special upgrades (like our heated bathroom floor) that we have done with YOU in mind.
Our newly built space is a spacious open floor plan with upgraded appliances and plenty of room.
You will enter our home through our coded lock from our front porch (which is up 4 stairs. These are the only steps in the house). Upon entering you will be in our spacious living room with access to our dining area and fully stocked kitchen with updated appliances.
To the right of our living room is guest room 1 and 2 both with queen sized beds. In between those is our full guest bathroom with tub/shower.
Past our kitchen is our primary bedroom with full ensuite with a heated tile floor and shower.
Past our primary bedroom is our laundry room with washer/dryer for you.
You will be texted a code to our house 24 hours before your stay.
We will communicate with you through messages and texts. If you need to call us, you can call us anytime. We will not plan to interact with you in-person unless something comes up and we need to.
*Please note* Although we have a relaxed cancellation policy, we still incur the 4% cc fee. Your refund will be in full, minus the 4% cc fee.
