For those arriving by air, Barnstable Municipal Airport is the closest gateway, located about a fifteen minute drive away. If you are planning a trip to the islands, the ferry terminals are also just a quick fifteen minute drive from our front door. While the area is best enjoyed by car, local taxi services and ride sharing options are available for your travel needs.

• No smoking or vaping inside the home.
• Hot tub must be used responsibly — no glass near the tub.

• Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
• Please bag all trash and place it in the outdoor bin.

We’re delighted to provide a private hot tub for your enjoyment! To ensure a safe and relaxing experience, please follow these guidelines:
Using the Hot Tub
Remove the cover carefully and place it on the holder/stand provided. Please do not leave it on the ground.
Before entering, rinse off in the outdoor shower to keep the water clean.
Limit soak time to 15–20 minutes at a time, and stay hydrated.
Maximum of 4–6 guests in the tub at once (depending on size).
After Use
Replace and secure the cover tightly to keep the heat in and prevent debris from entering.
Do not leave the hot tub uncovered when not in use.
Safety Guidelines
Children under 12 are not permitted in the hot tub.
No glassware in or near the tub — please use plastic cups provided.
Do not use oils, soaps, or bubble bath in the water (they damage the system).
Pregnant guests or those with health concerns should consult a physician before use.
Absolutely no diving or jumping into the hot tub.
Maintenance
Our team will check and maintain the hot tub regularly during your stay.
