Vaulted ceilings and tile floors run throughout the open living, dining, and kitchen area, giving the condo a bright, airy feel. The living room centers around a tiled fireplace and comfortable seating, with sliding glass doors that pull in plenty of natural light and views of the fairway beyond. The dining table sits just off the kitchen, which delivers ample counter space and stainless steel appliances, and views of the golf course. The living room and main bedroom feature Smart TV's with cable service and guest bedroom features Smart TV with apps.
OUTDOOR SPACES
The covered back patio is shaded by a wood pergola and set up with two separate lounge and dining areas, plus a 4-burner BBQ grill. Making it an easy spot for morning coffee or an evening meal while you take in the fairway and mountain views.
SLEEPING QUARTERS
The primary suite features a queen bed and opens directly to the back patio through a sliding glass door. Its en-suite bathroom includes a dual-sink vanity and a walk-in shower.. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed, ceiling fan, and closet space, with easy access to the second bathroom, which includes a single vanity and walk-in shower.
COMMUNITY AMENITIES
Guests have access to the community pool and spa, a short walk from the home, for cooling off on warm days or soaking in the evening. The condo also sits within a golf course community, with fairway views right from the back patio. Palm Desert Resort Country Club has a regulation 18-hole golf course, tennis and pickleball courts, 20 pools & spas, and a clubhouse. Membership is required to use the tennis and Pickleball courts. El Paseo's shopping, dining, and art galleries are a short drive south, and The Living Desert Zoo and Gardens makes for an easy day trip. 4 miles to the Indian Wells Tennis Gardens, 10 miles to Empire Polo Grounds (Coachella and Stagecoach Music Festivals), 25 minutes to Palm Springs Airport, 2.5 hours to San Diego and Los Angeles. And Disneyland!

There is an additional nonrefundable fee for pets.
One dog per reservation is permitted unless additional pets are approved in advance.
Dogs must be under 35 pounds and at least 12 months old, unless an exception is approved in writing by the property owner.
Due to insurance requirements, certain breeds and mixes may not be permitted, including Pit Bull/Pit Bull-type breeds, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Doberman Pinschers, Bullmastiffs, Boxers, and similar restricted breeds.
Any exception must be approved in writing before arrival. Please do not bring a pet that does not meet these guidelines without prior approval.
Guests are responsible for their pets throughout their stay and for any damage, excessive cleaning, odor removal, or other pet-related costs.
Pets should be well supervised and may not be left unattended when doing so could result in property damage, excessive barking, or disturbance to neighbors.
