Guests can access the property via a key safe located at the main gate, allowing for secure and convenient self check-in.

There is parking available for up to two cars in the driveway, with additional space available inside the garage if required.

Both the main house and cottage are accessed via a shared courtyard making it easy to move between the two spaces throughout your stay.

Guests have exclusive access to both dwellings and the surrounding outdoor areas.

We give guests space to enjoy their stay but are always available if needed.

All communication is handled via the Airbnb app and we aim to respond quickly to any questions or requests before, during and after your stay.

This property includes two separate dwellings, the main house and a cottage both located on the same private block and included in your booking.

The outdoor areas, including the courtyard and deck, are shared between the two spaces making it easy for groups to spend time together while still enjoying their own privacy indoors.

The property is located in a quiet residential area so we ask guests to be respectful of neighbours especially during the evenings.

Please note the cottage includes stairs to access the upstairs bedroom.
