King’s Cross Central has become one of London’s most exciting regenerated neighbourhoods, transforming historic railway lands into a lively district filled with canalside walks, restaurants, cultural venues and public squares. Nearby Granary Square is a popular focal point of the area, surrounded by cafés, restaurants and creative spaces, while Coal Drops Yard offers a distinctive shopping and dining destination within beautifully restored Victorian buildings.
The peaceful Regent’s Canal provides a scenic route for walking towards Camden, where guests can explore the famous markets, independent shops and live music venues. The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.
Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards.
Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in. Please be careful with art, books and things of value in the house.
