Beautiful and well appointed custom home overlooking Salida and the Sawatch Range. 2 miles from restaurants, bars, culture and other downtown amenities, but feels like a world away. Hike, bike or snowshoe right out the door. 1 mile from the legendary Arkansas Hills mountain bike and hiking trail system, 20 minutes to Monarch Mountain. 1 mile from public fishing access on the Gold Medal Waters of the Arkansas River.
