Situated in Salida, this attractive condo for $275 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Location, location, location! Great for couples for a getaway or for families needing time away from the city. You couldn’t ask for a better location right in the center of Main (F) Street. Under a 2 minute walk to the famous Arkansas river, the NEW surf Scout Wave, all the best restaurants & then 45 minutes to monarch ski resort! With more than 3 hot springs close by and the famous Mt Princeton hot springs only 45 minutes. We welcome fur babies, please note we haven’t built our roof top patio yet so you will need to leash your pups & walk to the park for potty breaks. Pets WELCOME: 🐶 We love that you can bring your pets, however we don’t have an outside space attached to the loft. So, you will need to leash your pup and walk them to the park that is less that 1.5 blocks away. Stairs: There are stairs to access the loft from the street. Please note that for guests who might have a hard time on the stairs. Once you are in the loft there are no stairs and it is all one floor. We have included a picture of the stairs to make sure your group is comfortable with the access. Parking: 🅿️ There is not a dedicated parking spot for the loft. However, most times there should be parking available on F street. If you can’t find parking then just circle the block and you should find parking with no problem. TV: 📺 We have our Hulu and Netflix accounts logged in for all guests at no charge. Please keep those accounts signed in so other guests can use them as well. You are welcome to use the smart tv for other subscriptions that you might have, but please sign out of your personal accounts before you leave. Coffee ☕️: We have a regular coffee pot for guests to use.

We couldn’t have stayed in a better place for our family’s gathering for Thanksgiving - and being located directly on the Holiday Parade route was SO MUCH FUN!!! Very spacious and comfortable. Loved it!

Our family of six (kids ages 2 to 12) enjoyed our short stay here. The property is downtown so it makes walking to restaurants and shops a breeze! The street in front of the property is closed to traffic in summer, so you have to park around the corner or a few blocks away, but it wasn’t a big deal. I was glad not to have traffic as you stepped out the door that enters the street, having small children. (This door is between two businesses and leads up a flight of stairs to the property’s front door.) The beds were comfortable. The water pressure and temperature good. The kitchen was stocked to meet our needs, including some plastic dishes. One recommendation we’d make is for a window unit in the master bedroom. It was toasty in the place due to unusually warm temps outside and no AC. It didn’t really cool down with open windows and fans until the evening. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend it!

If you are looking for a place to stay in downtown Salida- look no further! This place was extremely clean, the location is perfect for all things outdoors and in town, and the hosts were very responsive! We had the perfect mini vacation! Would 100% recommend !

We loved the location. Condo was perfect for us. We loved all the cozy blankets and proximity to everything. Parking was the only down side but we understand!

Clean condo, easy communication with hosts, and a perfect sleeping arrangement for our family of five made for a nice stay. The details in the recommendations and the access to downtown were wonderful. We also enjoyed a ski day at Monarch without any trouble. Highly recommend!

My sister, brother-in-law, and I decided to escape and disconnect for a few days with our pups and take ski lessons at Monarch Mountain. Salida was the perfect location and this Vrbo was perfectly located in downtown Salida. Cute restaurants, shops, bars, and bakeries all within a few minutes walk, as well as a nice riverside park that the pups can enjoy. Everything we needed was at the condo, and bonus for the plethora of board games we had fun staying up too late playing. 10/10 would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It’s even nicer in person. It is super close to all things downtown. We loved it! Kitchen and living room are super cozy and stocked with tons of board games. The beds were extremely comfortable and there were so many blankets to relax in. We had to ask the owner a few questions multiple times and he always replied within minutes. We so appreciate that. Can’t wait to stay here again!

Dishwasher was full, clothes in dryer when we arrived. The lamp in the smaller bedroom had a broken on/ off switch. The sink in small bathroom doesn’t drain. But we loved the location and condo!!Thanks!!

My wife, dog and I came for a quick getaway. The location was PERFECT! All communication with Bob was great, and the property was even more spacious than we expected. We will absolutely be back.
