A cozy sofa bed adds flexible sleeping space, while soft textures, a smart TV, and a dedicated workspace with beach views make the condo feel like your own coastal escape.

Bathroom Details
The primary bathroom adds a touch of luxury with a jetted bathtub, separate oversized shower, new Delta Hydro Rain shower head, and a guest-favorite extra makeup desk. A convenient half bath provides a little extra privacy when needed.

Kitchen, Dining & Easy Meals
The kitchen is ready for cooking, baking, beach snacks, and beverage making with stainless steel appliances, a large pantry, blender, Keurig, traditional coffee maker, and dining space for up to 6 guests. You will also have access to charcoal grills for a relaxed beach-and-poolside cookout.

Southern Grind Coffee House is located just across the street for specialty coffee, breakfast, lunch, gelato, pastries, muffins, and sweets. For fresh seafood, Lartigue’s Original Seafood Market is also just across the street, offering steamed shrimp and other cooked-to-order seafood options, plus ready-made dishes “to go” for beach days or an easy vacation feast.

Outdoor adventure is close by too. Walk, bike or less than a 5-minute drive, you can enjoy Gulf State Park activities such as biking, electric bike rentals, fishing, hiking, kayaking, canoeing, and picnic areas at the beach pavilion.

Parking Fee
Parking is paid onsite upon arrival. The fee is $50.00 per STAY (NOT PER DAY) and is a standard fee charged throughout the Alabama and Florida Gulf Coast. This fee covers ONE vehicle and does not go to the condo owner or property management company. You will need to process your payment via QR code signage found onsite once you arrive. The signage is located outside of the building as you enter all elevator corridors.
