*🐶 Dogs are welcome! 2 pets, house trained only. 50 lbs max weight each. All dogs must be on a leash outdoors at all times , even in the yard.
*Do not harass, mess with or take the neighborhood cats. These are people's pets and they help keep the critters away. They won't mess with you if you don't mess with them. ❤️
