You will be 10 minutes from the Montmartre district, the Sacré Coeur and the Je t'aime wall, 15 minutes from Place Pigalle, the famous Moulin Rouge and the many cafés-theaters, 20 mins from the Champs-Élysées and the Arc de Triomphe, 25 minutes from the Place de la Concorde, its obelisk or the Louvre Museum and 30 minutes from the Eiffel Tower and the Trocadero.

Charming apartment of 35m2, located on the 3rd floor of a building without elevator.
The living room offers all the necessary comforts and a sofa bed able to accommodate two people.
The kitchen is equipped for your comfort, and the bedroom offers storage space as well as a queen-size bed.
The bathroom is very nice.
In the home sanitary issues are top priority. Below are details of the measures we implemented for every guest in the house to make travel safer :
The cleaning agent in charge of preparing the flat for your arrival will be fully protected by masks and gloves during his entire task.
Covid-19 fighting products (EN 14476) will be used to clean the apartment with a specific care of surfaces, keys, doorknobs and switches
Linen will be provided by professional that use industrial machine at high temperature

The 18th arrondissement is in the north of Paris and includes the districts of La Goutte d'Or and Montmartre. Montmartre is one of the highest mounds in Paris and the view of the summit is amazing.
