The apartment was very comfortable, as it was equipped with everything you would need. Very clean and also just a few minutes from the metro stations. The host was super nice and available both before, during and even after our stay, in person and by text. The only downside would be the stairs in that zone of Paris, especially if you're traveling with big luggage, but that's just Montmartre and how the city was built 👍

Rafael, the host, was very kind, responsive and helpful. Additionally, the apartment was clean, the beds were comfortable and everything was working correctly; also, the neighborhood is quite vibrant, there are several restaurants and bakeries -we couldn’t try them all, of course 😅.
In brief, we had an excellent stay and recommend Le Logis de Montmartre.
The only detail was that the room was warm, but it wasn’t the owner’s fault because we didn’t use the fan that was provided. Having AC would’ve helped big time 😛

It's a cool little apartment off a private courtyard, in a great location in Montmartre - lots of nearly cafes and stores. Lots of bed options - we were 3 (1 adult and 2 teens) and used the double bed and 2 sofa beds. In theory, there's bedspace for 3-4 more but it was right for us (given petite bathroom). There are now 2 big fans and we were fine in the heatwave.
Raphael tthe host - as has been mentioned in most reviews - is excellent and very attentive. We had a few extra needs he was able to accommodate (see below)
I thought it was wheelchair-accessible and it's not. (This must have been my error when researching - it has accommodated a guest in a manual chair before but definitely unsuitable for non-ambulant users. Narrow doorway, big step down into the flat and narrow spaces and step in the bathroom/shower). We left the power chair in the courtyard and Raphael hired us a manual chair for our stay.
The apartment layout was not completely clear in the pictures.
There is an adjacent apartment (slightly smaller but a smaller step to enter) also owned/managed by this host.
