About this house rental

Escape to bird and wildlife-viewing heaven in this gorgeous, new, amenity-full marsh home. Minutes from a wildlife preserve and on the water with private dock, the starlit nights await. 35 min to Virginia Beach, an hour to Outer Banks via ferry/drive, or 20 min if bringing a boat. Main level living / dining space, kitchen, 3 bed/2.5 bath. Separate lower level is bonus room w/bunk beds, pull-out couch, full bath. Soak in screened-in porch hot tub, fish on dock, relax on 2 covered porches.
