This spacious, newly built (2025) 5BR/3.5BA farmhouse-style estate is bright, airy, modern, and luxurious throughout, with high-end finishes and real room to spread out. Premium hardwood floors, quartz countertops, and a well-stocked chef's kitchen built for entertaining mean nobody's stuck cooking alone while everyone else has fun — the kitchen flows straight into the main living area, so the whole group stays connected. Central heating and air conditioning keep the whole house comfortable year-round, whatever the New England weather's doing. At 5,450 sq ft on over an acre, this layout is built specifically for 2 large families to share a house without ever feeling like you're sharing a house — everyone gets room to spread out, but the kitchen, deck, and firepit keep you together when it matters. Comfortably accommodates 10 guests (10 adults max).

** A Quiet Neighborhood, 1.6 Miles from Gillette Stadium **
Tucked into a peaceful, residential corner of Wrentham, this is the kind of street where evenings are calm and mornings start slow. Gillette Stadium and Patriot Place — with restaurants like Davio's, Six String Grill & Stage, and Skipjack's — are both just 1.6 miles away, as is the Foxboro MBTA Commuter Rail station for a car-free ride into Boston on game day. Wrentham Village Premium Outlets, one of New England's largest outdoor shopping destinations, is 5.2 miles out, with TPC Boston (9.9 miles) and Xfinity Center (10.4 miles) both an easy drive for golf and concerts. Quiet at home, minutes from everywhere else.

Two of the five bedrooms come with their own en-suite bathroom — the second-floor primary suite (with its own private deck for morning coffee or a quiet moment away from the group) and bedroom 5. Bedrooms 1, 3, and 4 share a hallway bathroom on the second floor, and the twin room in bedroom 3 makes it an easy fit for kids sharing a space.

** Parking for the Whole Crew **
Off-street paved parking for 5+ vehicles means nobody's fighting for a spot or parking down the street. On game days, that means everyone rolls in together and stays put.

** Outdoor Living (May - Nov only) **
Step outside to a large deck with dedicated seating, dining space, and a Weber grill for whoever's on dinner duty. Out in the yard, a firepit surrounded by Adirondack chairs is the spot for evenings that run later than planned. It's the kind of setup where a quick cookout turns into hours of conversation under the stars.

** Open-Concept Main Living Area **
The heart of the home — a bright, spacious kitchen and living room built to keep the group together. Big enough for two families to coexist comfortably, intimate enough that it still feels like one house, not a hotel.

You will have access to the entire house and property grounds with the exception of the owner's closet on the 2nd floor, and the ground level which is unfinished.

Wrentham sits in the heart of Boston's south-shore sports and shopping corridor — a quiet, residential New England town that puts you minutes from major regional draws without the city noise or price tag. You're 1.6 miles from Gillette Stadium and Patriot Place, home to the New England Patriots and Revolution, plus year-round concerts and events, with dining, movies, and shops right at the stadium's doorstep. The Foxboro MBTA Commuter Rail station is also just 1.6 miles away, offering a direct, car-free ride into Boston on event days. A short 5.2-mile drive brings you to Wrentham Village Premium Outlets, one of New England's largest outdoor outlet destinations with 170+ stores. Golf and concert fans have TPC Boston and Xfinity Center both under 11 miles out. Beyond the attractions, Wrentham itself is classic New England — tree-lined streets, colonial architecture, and a small-town pace that makes for an easy, relaxed home base whether you're here for a game, a show, or a weekend of shopping.

By car: Highly walkable for immediate neighborhood errands but car recommended for most trips — easy access to Route 1A, Route 140 and I-495 for regional travel. Parking is generally available on local streets and driveways.
By train: No MBTA station in Wrentham. Nearest commuter rail stations are Norfolk and Franklin on the MBTA Franklin/Foxboro Line and Mansfield on the Providence/Stoughton Line; these provide direct service to Boston South Station. Expect a 10–20 minute drive (taxi/rideshare) from 2 Vine St to those stations.
By bus/shuttle: Regional GATRA services and occasional shuttles serve Wrentham and connect to nearby commuter rail stations and shopping destinations; schedules are limited — check GATRA for current routes.
By taxi/rideshare: Readily available from Wrentham for local trips, station transfers and airport connections; allow extra time during peak travel times.

**HOUSE RULES (aka The Stuff That Keeps Everyone Happy)**
- Quiet hours: 10pm–8am. Your neighbors appreciate you not recreating a music festival at midnight.
- No parties or events – there will be a $250 charge if we have to come break up any party/event.
- Must be 25+ to book (proof of age maybe required).
- Stick to your guest count. Extra surprise visitors = not cool.
- No pets allowed (yes, even the "good ones").
