Casa L'Aqua is located in the desirable Chapel Hill neighborhood, offering a peaceful residential setting just minutes from Downtown Delray Beach, beautiful beaches, shopping, restaurants, and entertainment.

Driveway:
The property features a spacious circular driveway with parking for up to 4 vehicles, plus additional overflow parking for 2–3 vehicles on the grass area.

Front Veranda:
Relax on the covered front veranda with comfortable seating, Spanish-style tile floors, and tropical landscaping. A great spot for morning coffee or an evening drink.

Foyer:
The bright entryway welcomes guests with patterned tile floors, coastal décor, and comfortable seating.

Living Room:
The open-concept living room features vaulted beam ceilings, abundant natural light, an extra large sofa and four side chairs, a extra large Smart TV, and plenty of space for gathering with family and friends.

Dining Room:
The dining area offers seating for up to 12 guests and is conveniently located between the kitchen, living room, and outdoor spaces, making meals and entertaining effortless.

Gourmet Kitchen:
The fully equipped chef's kitchen includes quartz countertops, a stainless steel gas range, a french door fridge with lower freezer, a farmhouse apron kitchen sink, and a large island with seating for four. This gorgeous kitchen is stocked with the following essentials to meet all of your cooking and dining needs:

Seashell Room (2nd Master Suite):
Features a king-size luxurious bed, Smart TV, private ensuite bathroom, large closet, small desk workspace, a queen sized futon bed, vaulted beam ceilings, and access to the home's washer, dryer, ironing board, and garment steamer.

Bathroom 2 (Seashell Room Ensuite)
Features a beautifully tiled glass-enclosed walk-in shower, a quartz counter top vanity with storage below, a hairdryer, fresh towels and washcloths, and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap.

Starfish Room (3rd King Bedroom):
Features a king-size luxurious bed, large Smart TV, full size dresser, large closet, and easy access to a full bathroom just outside the bedroom. A Twin XL air mattress for an additional guest and a full size crib with bedding for infants are also available in this room.

Bathroom 3 (Guest Bathroom)
Featuring a large navy vanity with ample counter space and storage below, a full bathtub with glass-enclosed shower. Fresh towels and washcloths, a hairdryer, and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap are provided.

Seahorse Room (Den/4th Bedroom):
A versatile bonus room featuring a large sofa that pulls out to a queen bed, a full size dresser, a large Smart TV, comfortable seating, and patio views through expansive windows.

Private Patio:
Casa L’Aqua’s backyard is designed for outdoor living and entertaining featuring a heated pool, 6 lounge chairs, pergola with fire pit, outdoor bar, built-in grill, two outdoor refrigerators, and two dining areas. Enjoy a covered patio with a Smart TV and ceiling fan, plus an open-air dining space under romantic string lights, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping.

Families with little ones can enjoy this gorgeous home too, as it is stocked with essentials like:

With several beautiful beaches just minutes away and your very own private poolside oasis, we want to make sure you have all you need including:
- 15 pool towels
- pool noodles and floats
- beach bag(s) and rolling cooler
- beach umbrella, chairs, toy and wagon
- large beach mat

Cleaniness:
All bed linens and towels are professionally laundered prior to arrival. Kitchen utensils and cookware are sanitized, and the pool is professionally serviced weekly. Housekeeping services are also available during your stay for additional cost.

Safety:
Smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors, ADT monitoring, fire extinguishers in the kitchen and grill area, and optional door alarms for doors leading to the pool.

Additional Services Available:
Kitchen stocking ahead of arrival ($25 fee + cost of groceries)
Mid-stay cleaning services ($50 per hour)

Host:
