Located in the Terrace building at the Resort of Pelican Beach, our condo offers tranquility and seclusion, optimal for a relaxing getaway. Step inside to find the open concept main living space which invites relaxation and comfort. Floor-to-ceiling windows and a sliding glass door bathe the main living space in natural light and lead to the private balcony which offers serene views of the pool, lush grounds and a picturesque pond, ideal for savoring sunsets in the evening. The living area features a large Smart TV and a plush sofa perfect for unwinding after a day in the sun. Enjoy game nights with provided card games or dine in at the adjacent dining table. The upgraded fully-equipped kitchen features granite countertops and new stainless steel appliances, ensuring a seamless cooking experience with all the essential cookware and utensils at your fingertips.



The condo’s two bedrooms are designed for ultimate comfort, relaxation and privacy. The primary bedroom features a king bed and a en-suite full bathroom with a walk-in shower ans Smart TV.
