HEATED INDOOR POOL HOUSE with one of a kind, elegant contemporary design.
This house is perfect for a family vacation,couples retreat or for a big group of friends

The enclosed indoor pool is the highlight of the house with a 75 inch big screen TV, LED lights for atmosphere throughout the ceiling of the pool and ceiling lights all over the outside and inside!
Extremely private, and have the WOW effect once you enter to this space :)
The space
FULLY RENOVATED 2300 Square foot that is divided with 1500 sq ft indoor and another 800 sq ft enclosed air-conditioned pool area!!
Gorgeous, high end tile throughout the indoor
The master suite got a king size bed,working/makeup desk, 65 inch screen TV.
High end, walk-in shower with double sink vanity.
2nd bedroom with king size bed as well and 58 inch tv.
super elegant guest bathroom.
3rd bedroom have bunkbeds with queen size mattress on both frames and another pull out twin size mattress.
Max weight capacity on the bunkbeds is 250 pounds.
there is also queen size air mattress at the closet.
There is an outdoor kitchen at the enclosed indoor pool area that is equipped with everything from cooking supplies to an outdoor oven.lounge chairs and custom bar. there is 2 AC units at the pool area with its own bathroom.
