Downstairs is a huge living area with a natural cut coral stone fireplace and soaring Dade County Pine ceilings and plenty of comfortable seating. The dining area overlooks the backyard and Gulf! The kitchen is huge, perfect for preparing family meals!
Conveniently located right in the middle of Marathon, the boating access is highly desirable. Deepwater, and close to 7 Mile Bridge or Vaca Cut, you can be to all your fishing and diving spots in minutes! 50 feet of usable dockage and a private community boat ramp right next door! There is a propane grill for your convenience and room for at least 4 vehicles with off-street parking. 2 kayaks with excellent kayaking to Crane Hammock and the shallows of the Gulf, right off the dock! There are NO Bikes included in this rental.
