About this house rental
New luxurious 3 bedroom modern home. Incredible lake views from nearly every room. Enjoy privacy, an outdoor fire-pit, 30 ft wide patio, and extra parking for a boat, RV, ATVs, and guests.
Open concept kitchen, dining, and living room are perfect for entertaining.
Fintry Provincial Park only a few minutes away. Enjoy easy access to the lake, boat launch, Fintry Falls and numerous trails.
Spend your days relaxing in the spacious open-concept living area where you will be met with vaulted ceilings, a 9 foot centre island, and a wall of windows inviting you to the outdoors.
The living area features remote control blinds, an electric fireplace and SmartTV (there is no cable), perfect for relaxing and enjoying your favourite show.
The primary bedroom offers a king sized bed and is located on its own side of the home, creating optimal privacy and an oasis within this oasis! Enjoy views of the lake and a private ensuite designed for couples. Two person shower and soaker tub.
The guest suites are located on the opposite side of the living area, both featuring queen sized beds and one guest room with lake views. These bedrooms share a spacious full bathroom complete with double vanity and heated floors.
Wander outside to enjoy one of the many nearby trails and/or hop in the car and be at the lake in minutes. A short 3 minute drive will take you down into La Casa where you will find a boutique grocery store, liquor area, and restaurant.
Children are welcomed. Pack and play crib is available upon request as well as an adjustable high chair. Boards games available too!
Only one dog allowed (up to 45lbs). No cats.
The yard is not fully landscaped but is still accessible to enjoy the patio and firepit area.
The beach can be accessed through Fintry Provincial Park. The shoreline is rocky and for some, water shoes may be a nice perk.
