Serene bedrooms provide restful private retreats, complemented by beautifully finished bathrooms.
Outside, lush tropical landscaping surrounds a private pool, patio, outdoor shower, and summer kitchen designed for effortless open-air living. A private rooftop deck offers a tranquil setting for morning sunrises. Set on a quiet cul-de-sac with private beach access just moments away, the home places guests near the Atlantic while remaining convenient to the dining, shopping, and attractions of the surrounding Palm Beach area. The Neighborhood:
Nestled along the Atlantic coast, Ocean Ridge is a peaceful seaside community known for its pristine beaches, lush tropical surroundings, and relaxed South Florida lifestyle. The Ridge House is tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac just steps from the beach, with private beach access offering an ideal setting for sun-filled days by the ocean. Nearby Boynton Beach and Delray Beach offer waterfront dining, boutique shopping, cafés, and entertainment, while the Intracoastal Waterway adds to the area’s distinctive coastal charm.
Other Things to Note:
Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with owner approval and a one time $150 charge.
Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.
Quiet hours are observed after 11 PM. Please keep noise to a minimum.
No glass is permitted in the pool area.
A maximum of 6 guests may use the pool at one time.
Please note that bi-weekly mid-stay cleans can be arranged upon request with our partner for an additional $250 fee. Cleaning costs will be paid to them directly.
As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.
Security Deposit Policy:
A refundable credit card hold of $1,000 is required as a security deposit for stays at this home to cover any property damage that may occur during your stay. A credit card is required for processing and the hold will be placed 48 hours prior to your arrival. The release of this hold will initiate 2 days after your departure following a departure inspection of the home by our local team.
