The Space:

This 790-square-foot condo combines an open living and dining area with views toward Pine Hills Golf Course and one of Magnolia North’s community pools.



The private bedroom has a king bed and dresser storage. The living room includes a sleeper sofa, allowing the condo to accommodate up to four guests.



There is one full bathroom with a tub-and-shower combination, plus a separate half bathroom. This layout provides extra convenience when the condo is shared by more than two guests.



The updated kitchen includes a refrigerator, range, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Recent improvements include new flooring and subflooring, appliances, kitchen counters, and HVAC. An in-unit washer and dryer are also available for guest use.



Guest Access:

You’ll have the entire condo to yourself during your stay.



Guests may use Magnolia North’s shared outdoor pools when open, along with community walking and biking paths and outdoor BBQ areas. One on-site parking space is available for the condo.



The Myrtlewood golf courses and driving range are nearby but operated separately. Tee times, equipment, and golf fees are not included with your reservation.



The Neighborhood:

The condo is located in Magnolia North, part of the Myrtlewood golf community in central Myrtle Beach. The neighborhood sits alongside Pine Hills Golf Course and offers convenient access to both the beach and the area’s major attractions.



The property is approximately 1.5 miles from the beach and minutes from Broadway at the Beach, restaurants, shopping, entertainment, and additional golf courses.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for reaching the beach, restaurants, shopping, and attractions. The condo includes on-site parking for one vehicle.



The beach is approximately 1.5 miles away, but the property does not offer private beach access. Guests should use a designated public access point and follow any posted parking requirements.



Magnolia North also has paths for casual walks and bike rides around the community.



Other Things to Note:

This is a second-floor walk-up condo. Exterior stairs are required, and the building does not have an elevator.



The condo is not oceanfront and does not provide private beach access.



Community pools are outdoors and may be seasonal or temporarily unavailable because of weather, maintenance, or HOA decisions. Pool availability cannot be guaranteed.



Parking is limited to one vehicle. Please follow all community parking instructions provided before arrival.



Golf and driving-range access are not included with the reservation.



The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Parties, events, and smoking inside the condo are not permitted.
