Stay right on the Chippewa River in this spacious, family- and pet-friendly home in Jim Falls. With room for up to 10 guests, five beds and multiple living spaces, it’s a comfortable home base for families, groups, weddings, festivals and weekends in the Chippewa Valley.
Coming for a festival in Cadott? We’re just minutes from the festival grounds — about as close as you can stay without camping. A great home base for Hoofbeat (formerly Country Fest), Rock Fest, Force Fields Music Festival and OneFest, with real beds, hot showers, air conditioning and plenty of room for your group to recharge between festival days.
The Old Abe State Trail is just a block away, with Lake Wissota, Chippewa Falls and Eau Claire all within easy reach.

SLEEPING
The home has three bedrooms plus additional sleeping space:

• Bedroom with full bed
• Upstairs bedroom with two full beds
• Queen daybed in the upstairs bonus area

SPACE TO SPREAD OUT
The house has two main living areas with large couches, a TV and piano; a sunroom with a large table for meals and games; and a basement hangout area with additional seating and a projector and screen.

The backyard sits directly along the Chippewa River — a peaceful spot for morning coffee, sitting by the water or unwinding at the end of the day.
