The Space:

This home is located in the beautiful town of St. Elmo Chattanooga right on the historical street, St. Elmo Avenue. This 1 bedroom 1 bathroom home sleeps 4 people. The master bedroom has a spacious king bed and the two yellow couches in the living area that fold down into twin beds. We provide everything you will need to have a wonderful nights stay; including mattress pads for the sofa beds, linens, comforters and pillows.



The adorable red kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you will need to cook a meal for your family; cookware, plate-ware, silverware.

The dining table comfortably sits 6 people and there is another table with seating for 6 outside on the patio.

There are 2 parking spots available behind the home and additional street parking on 49th Street.

1. NO smoking, NO partying, and NO pet tolerance

policy. No smoking anywhere on the property or in the home.



2. PARKING: MAX 3 SPOTS (It is the gravel driveway along the side/behind the house.)



3. This property is not suitable for babies and toddlers.



4. This property has a Ring Doorbell Security System with cameras outside.



Weather and Outages!

As advertised, there will be no refunds in the unlikely circumstance that there is a power outage during your stay or if the weather is not cooperating. We do not have any control over the weather or outages caused by nature! We highly suggest you purchase travel insurance to be preventative in case something happens and you need to cancel. 



Lady Bugs:

You may see some lady bugs in the home. Majority of the homes in this area have them. To stay ahead of this we are on preventative monthly pest control maintenance for all of our properties. Unfortunately they are still VERY hard to get rid of! Thankfully, they are harmless! But please know you will most likely see ladybugs in the home during your stay



Interaction with Guests:

We are always available for our guests to contact us, but we give our guests space and leave them uninterrupted - unless an emergency situation is present.
