The Deck House sits just minutes from Shaver Lake, with Huntington Lake and China Peak Mountain Resort an easy drive beyond.

Sierra Nevada winters can turn quickly — chains may be required during snow or ice, so it's best to come prepared.

Wildlife is part of mountain living here. Bears, deer, and other creatures are regular visitors, so please keep food secured and never leave trash or food outdoors.



The Neighborhood:

Tucked within one of Shaver Lake's most coveted gated communities, this home sits amid towering pines in a setting defined by quiet, privacy, and sweeping natural beauty. Locked owner closets and designated private areas are not part of the rental.
