Escape to The Stone Stag, a peaceful wooded retreat just outside Wisconsin Dells. Surrounded by towering pines in a quiet neighborhood, our recently remodeled cottage gives you a relaxing place to unwind while keeping you just a short drive from the attractions, restaurants, waterparks, and entertainment of the Dells.

One of our favorite things about the location is how much there is to enjoy close to home. Fawn Creek Winery is less than two minutes away, and the public boat ramp and dock on Fawn Lake are just a short walk from the cottage. Spend the day exploring Wisconsin Dells, then come home to a quiet evening around the outdoor fire pit beneath the pines.

THE SPACE

The Stone Stag comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests and offers plenty of room for families and groups to spread out.

Two King Bedrooms
Both private bedrooms feature comfortable king beds, closets, and bedside tables, giving everyone a comfortable place to recharge after a day of exploring.

Bonus Bunk & Game Room
Just off the kitchen is a spacious bonus room featuring a full-over-full bunk bed, large sectional sofa, 65” smart TV, and shuffleboard table. It’s a great hangout space for kids and adults alike. Please note that this room is open to the kitchen and does not have a separating door.

Comfortable Living Room
Relax in the main living area with a queen-size sleeper sofa, 55” smart TV, and electric fireplace—perfect for movie nights or cozy evenings at the cottage.

Fully Equipped Kitchen
The kitchen has everything you need for meals at home, including a refrigerator, dishwasher, propane range and oven, microwave, K-cup coffee maker, and dining space for up to 8. A washer and dryer are also available for guest use.

Bathroom
The full bathroom features a double vanity, tub/shower combination, bidet, and towels for your stay.

ENJOY THE OUTDOORS
The wooded setting is one of the best parts of The Stone Stag. Step outside and you’ll find a spacious deck with outdoor seating and dining space, plus plenty of room to enjoy the fresh air.

Gather around the outdoor fire pit beneath the towering pines, enjoy a meal outside, or simply relax and listen to the sounds of the woods. Wildlife is common throughout the neighborhood, with deer, turkey, and rabbits often making an appearance.

The large driveway provides plenty of space for parking.

EV-FRIENDLY
Traveling electric? A 50-amp EV receptacle is available at the back right side of the cottage. Guests should bring their own compatible charging device to plug into the receptacle.

GOOD TO KNOW
The main entrance is accessed by steps leading up to the front deck, and there are three steps to enter the bonus room.

Uber and taxi service may be available to and from the cottage, and Walmart delivery is available in the area.

Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM to help maintain the peaceful atmosphere of our neighborhood.
