The Space:

The open-plan living area sets the scene for effortless holiday living, with generous lounges, a projector cinema and expansive glass openings that create a seamless connection between indoors and out. A second lounge offers a cosy retreat for reading, board games or giving children their own space to relax.



The contemporary kitchen is designed for effortless entertaining, featuring quality appliances and a butler's pantry. Gather around the oversized island for morning coffee or settle into the dining area for long lunches. For guests mixing work with their trip, a dedicated workspace with reliable Wi-Fi provides an ideal place to stay focused.



The private pool sits at the heart of the home, surrounded by timber decking, landscaped gardens and a built-in lounge pavilion overlooking the water. An outdoor shower makes it easy to rinse off after a swim. The covered alfresco is thoughtfully appointed with a gas barbecue, bar fridge and generous dining setting, creating an effortless space for extended lunches and balmy evenings. As the sun goes down, gather around the striking stone fireplace in the courtyard for drinks beneath the stars.



The primary bedroom offers a king bed, TV, and a spacious ensuite with a freestanding bath, double vanity and separate shower. The second and third bedrooms each include a queen bed, with the second bedroom also offering a dedicated workspace. A fourth bedroom with a double bed provides additional flexibility for groups. The main bathroom features a deep bathtub, separate shower and generous vanity, making it easy for everyone to refresh after a day by the coast.



A separate laundry with a washer, dryer and outdoor access makes extended stays simple. Central heating and cooling, and ceiling fans throughout ensure year-round comfort. Driveway parking is available for three vehicles.

The Neighborhood:

Within a short stroll of the calm waters of Geographe Bay, this home is perfectly positioned to enjoy the best of the Dunsborough coastline. Follow the foreshore path for a morning walk or bike ride, swim in the bay, or hire a stand-up paddleboard or kayak to experience the crystal-clear waters. The town centre is just a short drive away, offering a vibrant dining scene, boutique shopping and local favourites, including Yarri Restaurant + Bar, Merchant & Maker, The Pour House and Pedro's Mexican.



Venture to nearby Meelup Beach, Castle Rock Beach and Eagle Bay for white sand, turquoise water and excellent snorkelling, or take in the ocean views along the Cape to Cape Track before visiting Cape Naturaliste Lighthouse. Between September and December, whale watching is a seasonal highlight. The renowned wineries and breweries of the Margaret River Wine Region are also within easy reach.
