The Space:

The heart of the home is the open-plan living area, where comfortable lounges invite movie nights, quiet afternoons, or sharing stories from the day's adventures. Beneath soaring double-height ceilings, the generous dining table creates a bright, welcoming setting for shared meals, while the fully equipped kitchen, with modern appliances and ample bench space, makes cooking effortless. A second lounge with its own TV, air conditioning, and a wet bar with a mini fridge and sink provides another inviting space to relax with a drink.



The primary bedroom offers a king bed, TV, air conditioning, and a private ensuite, while the second bedroom also features a king bed. The third bedroom is ideal for children or friends, with two bunk beds, while the downstairs fourth bedroom can be configured as either one king bed or two single beds. It will be prepared as a king unless a twin configuration is requested at the time of booking or at least 72 hours before arrival, as late bedding change requests may not be accommodated. Three bathrooms, including one with a bathtub, along with laundry facilities, ensure everyday comfort throughout your stay.



Step outside to enjoy breakfast on the shaded patio, let the kids play on the lawn, or rinse away the salt beneath the outdoor shower after a day at the beach just across the road. For quieter moments, the upstairs balcony offers a peaceful perch among the treetops, the perfect place to begin the day with a coffee or unwind as the afternoon light filters through the leaves.



Air conditioning and heating throughout ensure year-round comfort. On-site undercover parking is available. This home is Villa 9 within the Whitesands complex.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire villa to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!



The Neighborhood:

This villa enjoys one of the most sought-after beachfront positions in Dunsborough. Step directly across the road to the calm, white sands of Geographe Bay - perfect for swimming, paddleboarding, beach walks, and sunset drinks by the water. A scenic foreshore path also connects you easily into Dunsborough town centre, where cafés, restaurants, boutique shops, and local amenities are just minutes away. The surrounding region offers world-class wineries, surf breaks, walking trails, and natural attractions throughout the wider Margaret River area, making this an ideal base for both relaxation and adventure.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for exploring the Margaret River region and its surrounding wineries, beaches, and attractions. Dunsborough town centre is an easy walk or short drive away, with cafés, shops, and the Geographe Bay foreshore all within easy reach.

Quiet Hours & Noise Complaints:

Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 pm in line with local regulations. We kindly ask all guests to respect the property and surrounding neighbours during their stay. Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in the forfeit of your bond and/or possible immediate eviction from the property.



School Leavers:

We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.



Rental Agreement:

As part of our standard process, all guests are required to complete a rental agreement before arrival. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.



Pet Policy:

This property is not pet-friendly, and pets are not permitted on the premises at any time. Any unauthorised pets may result in additional cleaning fees and/or breach of booking terms.

This property is part of the Whitesands complex, with additional villas also managed on-site. Ideal for group stays or larger family bookings (subject to availability).
