The Space:

The home is ideal for families or friends looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Lake Kerkini.



This first floor property features a bright and welcoming open-plan living area with comfortable sofas, a TV, air conditioning, and a stylish dining table. In the same space, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen where guests can easily prepare everyday meals, with amenities including a stovetop, oven, fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave, cookware and coffee machine.



There are 4 double bedrooms: two with king-size beds and two with double beds, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests with the beds. For larger groups, two bedrooms can each accommodate one additional armchair bed, while a third bedroom can accommodate two armchair beds. With all available armchair beds in use, the property can host up to 11 guests in total. Additional charges apply for extra guests using the armchair beds.

Each bedroom has AC and an en-suite fully equipped bathroom with a toilet, sink and shower while the guests will also find a hair dryer and iron facilities



Outside, guests can enjoy private moments on the balconies, gazebo or garden taking in the surrounding views while relaxing with a coffee, a meal, or an evening drink. There is also a BBQ included with the stay which can be used
